The Countryside Suite – First Floor

On the first floor, the warmth of natural parquet flooring welcomes your steps. This room opens onto a private terrace, framing the captivating Ispica countryside: olive groves, vineyards, and the changing seasons, from the emerald green of wheat fields to burnished gold, all leading to the silhouette of the town perched on its hill.

The Sea Suite – First Floor

Here too, parquet flooring graces the room, and from the windows, your gaze sweeps beyond the countryside to that blue line where sky meets the Mediterranean. This is the room where dawn first breaks, as the sun rises from the sea.

The Sky Terrace

Ascending to the rooftop terrace, the villa reveals its most precious secret: to the east, the sea; to the south, the coastline stretching to Portopalo; to the west, the Hyblaean Mountains; and to the north, on clear days, Mount Etna gracing the horizon. The breakfast you prepare here — toasted bread with olive oil, Pachino tomatoes, ricotta, and honey — will taste unlike anywhere else.

Indoors, a deep sofa invites evening conversations, complemented by a sound system for your playlists and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ for those rare evenings when a film might tempt you away from the stars. Outdoors, a second living room unfolds beneath the sky: another sofa for lounging at sunset and a pergola for enchanting al fresco dinners.

The Outdoor Kitchen

More rustic than its indoor counterpart, crafted from raw cement, this is the perfect spot to clean the fresh fish bought at the port and prepare your evening barbecue.

A 1,500-square-meter Mediterranean garden secludes you from the world. Here, time slows to a gentle pace.
